dgfp admit card 2024 – District Family Planning Admit Card and Exam Date published. It is hereby informed for the information of all concerned that in the light of the employment circular issued by the District Family Planning Office for the recruitment of 03 (three) categories under the Department of Family Planning in the year 2021 and as per the decision of the District Family Planning 3rd and 4th Class Manpower Selection/Recruitment Committee, the written examination has started.

It is hereby informed for the kind information of all concerned that the recruitment notification issued by the District Family Planning Office recruitment notification has been published online from dgfp.teletalk.com.bd website till after receiving an SMS on the mobile phone of the concerned candidate, an applicant can download the exam admit card using USER ID and Password of the copy.

১. পরিবার কল্যাণ পরিদর্শকা( FWV).. এটার বিজ্ঞপ্তি হয়েছিল ঢাকা থেকে, পরীক্ষা হবে একযোগে ঢাকাতে। পরীক্ষা হবে ৭০ নম্বরের MCQ।

২. পরিবার কল্যাণ সহকারী( FWA).. এটার বিজ্ঞপ্তি হয়েছিল নিজ নিজ জেলা থেকে, পরীক্ষা হবে নিজ নিজ জেলায়। পরীক্ষা হবে ৭০ নম্বরের লিখিত।

Exam Terms and Conditions:

1. Candidates must follow all health rules and enter the exam center and room wearing masks.

2. The original admit card must be carried and shown to the hall inspector at the time of written and oral examination.

3. Must enter the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the written examination and use a black ink pen in the written examination.

4. The signature given on the answer sheet and attendance sheet must match exactly with the signature given on the application form of the candidate.

5. No calculator can be used in the exam. Books, bags, all kinds of watches, mobile phones, or any kind of communication devices / electronic devices cannot be brought into the exam room.

6. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination room after giving the question paper till the end of the examination.

7. At the end of the examination, both the answer sheet and question paper must be submitted and left the examination room.

8. Candidates who have cleared the written test must report to the designated venue at least 30 minutes before the oral test along with original copies of all the documents mentioned in the recruitment circular and 1 (one) set of attested photocopies.

9. Candidates who have passed the written test will be notified of the oral test (date) through the notice board and website.

11. In case of misconduct in the examination, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate including cancellation of the examination.

12. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.

13. The decision of the authority in the matter of examination shall be final.

ViVA Document for DGFP Informaton:

Candidates who have passed the written examination will be notified that 01 (one) set of the below-mentioned certificates/documents attested by Gazetted Officer (Minimum Grade IX) must be submitted to the District Family Planning Office directly/by post/courier within the date.

A. Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable);
b. Citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/ Municipal Mayor/Councillor where the candidate is a permanent resident of the Union/Municipality;
c. Certificate/Certificate issued by the appropriate authority to the candidate in support of quota claim other than female quota
d. If the applicant is the son-daughter or son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the applicant is the son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr or the son-daughter of a son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr; a certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor/Municipal Mayor/Municipal Councilor ( Relationship of freedom fighter/martyr with the applicant must be mentioned);
e. If the applicant is a freedom fighter/martyr’s son-daughter and son daughter’s son-daughter, freedom fighter’s certificate, gazette, red release letter/copy of Indian list;
f. Character certificate issued by Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Councillor/Ward Councillor/Gazetted Officer (minimum ninth grade);
G. National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate;
h. Applicant’s copy of the filled online application form for the candidates who have passed the written test, the venue and schedule of the oral examination will be notified later on the notice board and website of the District Family Planning Office
