Khulna district family planning department recruitment test for the post of family planning department (3 categories) of 2021 will be held on 04/11/22 Friday at 10 am. Written exam admit card can be downloaded from dgfpkhu.teletalk.com.bd website using the prescribed User ID & password.

District Family Planning Khulna Terms & Guidelines:

Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, District Family Planning Office, Khulna, fpo.khulna.gov.bd, Admit Card for the post of ‘Family Welfare Assistant’.

1. Candidates must enter the exam center and room by wearing masks as per the health rules;

2. The admit card must be carried and displayed to the hall inspector during the written, practical (where applicable) and oral examinations;

3. Must enter the examination room at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the written examination and use black ink pen in the written examination;

4. The signature given on the answer sheet and attendance sheet must match the signature given on the candidate’s application form;

5. No calculator can be used in the exam. Books, bags, wristwatches, mobile phones or any kind of communication devices/electronic devices are not allowed in the exam room.

6. No candidate shall leave the examination room under any circumstances from the time the question paper is given till the examination is over;

7. At the end of the examination, submit both the answer sheet and the question paper and leave the examination hall;

8. The results of the written examination will be notified through the website of the Deputy Commissioner, Khulna and District Family Planning Office, Khulna www.khulna.gov.bd and www.fpo.khulna.gov.bd;

9. Candidates who have cleared the written test must report to the designated desk at least 30 minutes before the oral test with original copies of all documents mentioned in the recruitment circular and 1 (one) set of attested photocopies;

10. Candidates who have passed the written test will be informed about the date of oral test through notice board and website in due course.
To be held at District Commissioner’s office, Khulna. No separate admit card will be issued for this;

11. Due to unavoidable reasons: The authority reserves the right to change the day, date, time and venue of the examination. If so changed day, date, time and venue etc. given by District Family Planning Office, Khulna and District Commissioner, Khulna through website www.fpo.khulna.gov.bd and www.khulna.gov.bd and in online application of candidate. Mobile number will be notified through SMS;

12. In case of malpractice in the examination, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate including cancellation of the examination;

13. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination;

14. The decision of the authority regarding examination will be final.
