There were two sections. The first section had 30 questions that had to be answered within 30 minutes and the second section had 20 questions that also had to be answered within 25 minutes. Now let’s talk about the sections.
In the first section, there were simple mathematical questions and also some figures. Besides, there were also some decision-making questions. The second part was completely management related. This means throughout those questions, they wanted to measure how I would handle stress, and critical situations, manage a team and also work with the team collaboratively.
However, in short, they’ll try to figure out if you are a perfect fit for handling a few things.
