Notice regarding the results of the candidates who passed the MCQ examination in Bangladesh Bank for the post of ‘Medical Officer’.

In the wake of the appointment of ‘Medical Officer’ in Bangladesh Bank, the notification published on 24/21/21, in the wake of the following 1/3/2122, the following 1 (one hundred and three) candidates passed the MCQ exam held on 1/3/2122. The examination will be held in the main building of Bangladesh Bank headquarters (4th floor) as per the schedule.

Candidates must report for the oral examination within the scheduled time. Any reason for a late appearance will not be considered acceptable to the authorities. In support of the terms and conditions of the recruitment circular and the information provided in the online application, the candidates are required to show the original and 01 sets of attested photocopies of the following supporting documents and submit them to the checking board in the following order.

a) Handwritten application form to the Director (HRD-1), Human Resources Department-1, Bangladesh Bank, Head Office, Dhaka for submission of documents;

b) MCQ exam admit card;

c) All certificates of educational qualification and mark sheets/transcripts (certificate regarding the date of publication of results issued from the office of the Controller of Examinations or Registrar if the certificate/mark sheet/transcript issued after 30/11/2021 does not mention the date of publication of results);

, Equivalence Certificate (with mention of Class/Department/GPA/CGPA) issued by the concerned Board of Education/University/University Granting Commission of the country as per the instructions issued by the Government in case of passing ‘O’ Level/’A’ Level examination or obtaining a degree from a foreign university;

d) Registration as Medical Practitioner granted by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council;

e) Recently issued Nationality Certificate/Citizenship Certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Commissioner/Councillor in support of the permanent address given in the application;

f) Copies of the following supporting documents in case of candidates who have applied for Mukti Jodha Quota:

• 1. Lal Barta Mukti/Indian List/Gazette/Bahini Gazette/Shaheed Gazette/Title Gazette/Battle Casualty;
• 2. Copy of proof of age of Freedom Fighter (Birth Registration/National Identity Card/SSC Certificate/Certificate of City Corporation/Municipality/Union Parishad as per Birth Registration Act) and
• 3. Certificate/Warishan Sanad issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Municipality Mayor/Councilor to the effect that they are sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters;

g) In the case of candidates who have applied under the disabled quota, the certificate issued in favor of disability from the concerned department and

h) No objection letter from their self-appointing authority in case of employed candidates.
In case of deficiency of required documents or in case of deficiency of qualification of the candidate at any time or corruption, furnishing of false information,

04. Submission of any fake certificate, misrepresentation, resort to fraud, or substantial (substantive) error or deficiency in the application form or information provided, If found false, the candidature of the said candidate will be canceled at any stage before or after the oral examination.

05. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the oral examination.

06. Candidates appearing for the oral examination must follow the health rules related to Covid-19 as directed by the Ministry of Health.
