Candidates must appear in the examination of applicable [General and Technical/Professional Cadre] subjects. The average minimum pass mark in the written test will be 50%. If you get less than 30% marks in any subject in the written examination, that mark will not be added to the total marks. Candidates of both General and Technical/Professional cadres or only Technical/Professional cadre candidates are required to participate in a written test of 200 marks of 4 (four) hours duration in a subject related to technical/professional cadre-related posts or services.

No fresh admit card will be issued in the name of the candidate. Admit cards obtained for the Preliminary (MCQ) test will be used in the written and oral tests. The instructions printed on the admit card must be followed strictly. Candidates are required to take extra precautions in the following cases to prevent the entry of prohibited materials and to prevent misbehavior and misbehavior in the examination hall.

Each candidate’s registration number and name will be printed on the attendance list along with a photograph and signature similar to that of the admit card. At the beginning of the examination, the invigilators will compare the photograph and signature of the candidate’s admit card with the photograph and signature of the attendance list; If there is no match, the said candidate will be expelled and legal action will be taken against him.
After verifying whether the registration number and name mentioned in the admit card have been correctly written by the candidate in the correct place in the answer sheet and whether the photo and signature of the admit card and the attendance list match with the candidate, the invigilator will accept the candidate’s signature in the attendance list and the invigilator will sign the attendance list at the designated place for the invigilator.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 15 minutes after the commencement of the written examination. Candidates are advised to carry their national identity card with them to avoid any untoward situation on the day of the examination.
Candidates will be given one original answer sheet in OMR form for each subject. In the attached OMR form the candidate shall write his/her name in the first space allotted to the candidate, in the subject code box the three-digit code number mentioned next to the compulsory/post-related subject in the first part of this examination schedule, and in the blank space, above the ‘Subject Code’ box in the OMR form the candidate shall enter the corresponding 3 circle ball points below Fill in with pen. Eg: ‘English (Compulsory)’ subject code ‘003’. In that case, write ‘003’ in the subject code box and fill in the corresponding 3 circles of the following code.
Candidates’ Registration Number consists of 8 (eight) digits. In the registration number box, write the registration number printed on the candidate’s admit card in the upper box carefully with a ballpoint pen and fill in the corresponding circles below.
In the name box, the candidate should write his name as mentioned in the application form and in the admit card, and in the signature box, he should sign the same as in the admit card, and in the subject box, he should write the name of the relevant subject.
