What Qualifications You have to Meet

Education:

MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized Public/Private/ Foreign University
At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA with no 3rd Class/Division in entire academic record
Minimum “5 B” in O-Level and “2 B” in A-Level (in case of English Medium Students) Only published results are acceptable
Age:
Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as of the last date of application.
The maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighters/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 (thirty-two) years.

Behavioral Competencies:

Positive Attitude and Desire to Learn
Effective Communication Skill
Strong knowledge of Computer

What We Offer

2 (two) years Development Program Monthly
Consolidated Salary of BDT 45,000.00 during the Development Program
On successful completion of the Development Program, MTs’ will be directly absorbed as Executive Officers under a regular pay scale with a Monthly Gross Salary of BDT 62,000.00 and other benefits as per the Bank’s Policy

Your Commitment

You are required to sign an Indemnity Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

GUIDELINE

1. Management Trainee Recruitment: Management trainee recruitment is done by meeting the following academic criteria:

SSC & HSC	♦ Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 ♦ Minimum “5 B” in O-Level and “2 B” in A-Level (In case of English medium students)
Graduation & Post Graduation from any recognized university (UGC approved)	♦ Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00

At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA in your entire academic record will make you eligible to apply
Without meeting the above criteria, none can submit the cv for management trainee entry recruitment.

2. Lateral Entry Recruitment: Lateral entry recruitment basically based on relevant experience in the banking sector. However, incumbents having experience in specialized fields like HR, IT, Finance & Accounts, Marketing, etc. are also encouraged to submit their CVs.
