It is being informed to all concerned that the Master’s final examination of 2020 will be held for the first time through Examination Management System (EMS) Software on 09/02/2023 at 12:30 PM.

The admit card for the examination will be published on 01/02/2023 at 12:00 with the digital signature of the controller. All the concerned college authorities will download and print the admit card and distribute it to the candidates by signing the principal’s seal at the designated place of the admit card. At the time of distribution of admit card, the face of the candidate must be matched with the photo of the admit card, and the registration number on the admit card must be verified and distributed.

It should be noted that if the admit card of a valid candidate is not found despite filling out the form or there is any mistake in the admit card, then an application should be made to the Controller of Examinations, National University with the recommendation of the Principal within 05/02/2023. At the time of distribution of admit card, instruct to check whether the course code is correct in the admit card.

01. Enter the web portal of the Examination Management System (EMS) by typing ems.nu.ac.bd or URL: http://103.113.200.43:8007/ in the address bar of any browser.

02. It should be noted that one can enter the respective college with the previously given password or contact Mr. Md. Haroon Or Rashid, Deputy Controller of Examinations, Masters Final Phase Branch, National University Mobile- 01713-045149.

03. Click on the “College log in (Admin)” menu on the home page, enter the college code (xxxx) and password, click on the “Admit Card” menu on the left side of the college panel, and enter the exam code (3302- Masters Final-2020) in “Select Exam.” By clicking the Search” button, you will find the subject-wise admit card, attendance sheet, and roll statement sheet in the Admit Card by Subject table. Download and print.

4. Moreover, the subject-wise admit card can also be downloaded from the college user’s panel.

01. Roll details and attendance sheets should be downloaded from the college panel of Examination Management System (EMS) and print copies should be delivered to designated centers.
