Tax Commissioner’s Office Khulna jobs Conditions for Application 2022

1. Age limit is 18-30 years as on 01 October 2022 for general candidates and tribal quota. However, in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged, the age limit is 18-32 years. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age.

2. According to the Ministry of Public Administration, Rule-1 Branch’s Memorandum No.-05.00.0000.140.11.17.20-149, dated: 22 September 2022, all the candidates whose age is within the maximum age limit on 25 March 2020 can also apply.

3. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply through appropriate authority and produce the permit during the oral test.

4. The quota will be reserved as per the government policy and the recruitment process will be done as per the decision taken by the government regarding the quota.

5. Any type of TA/DA for appearing in written/oral/practical tests. will not be provided.

6. The authority reserves the right to partially or fully modify/cancel this recruitment notification.

7. Apart from this recruitment circular, the Tax Zone-Khulna website is available at www.taxeszone-khulna.com.

8. In cases not mentioned above but applicable, the rules issued by the Ministry of Public Administration shall apply.

9. The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.

10. Legal action will be taken against the candidate if the information regarding the educational qualification certificate, date of birth, national identity card, and place of birth is proven false or false. If any information provided by the candidate or documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, false, or fake, or if any fake or fraudulent use is made in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. If wrong information/false documents are produced, the candidature of any candidate who passed the examination will be canceled
Authority reserves the right to do so. At the time of oral examination, copies of all certificates attested by a gazetted officer of the first class must be submitted along with the original copies of the documents.

A. All educational qualification certificates of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable).
b. Citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Councillor in which the candidate is a resident of the Union/Municipality/Ward.
c. Attested copy of certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than female quota.
d. In case of Physically Handicapped, Orphans, Minor Ethnic Groups and Ansar and VDP Candidates, Certificate from Competent Authority as per Government’s Latest Policy and Freedom Fighter Quota Applicants as per Government’s Latest Policy of Freedom Fighters/ Martyred Freedom Fighters’ Son-Daughter’s Son-Daughter’s Son-Daughter Freedom fighter certificate of father’s parents/mother’s parents of son-daughter.
e. If the applicant is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the freedom fighter certificate, and if the freedom fighter/martyr is the son or daughter of the freedom fighter, the freedom fighter certificate along with the application form and the certificate from the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation stating the relationship between the applicant and the freedom fighter.
f. Character certificate issued by first class gazetted officer.
G. Attested copy of driving license in case of candidates for the post of car driver mentioned in serial no-04.
h. Attested copy of National Identity Card (NID)/Birth Certificate.

11. Applications filled with incomplete/wrong/faulty information and inconsistent with the minimum qualifications as published in the job notification i.e. age, educational qualification, quota, district, etc. will be rejected at any stage of recruitment. In this case, no objection of the candidate will be accepted.

Terms and conditions regarding online application form filling:
12. All candidates have to apply online through the http://ktax.teletalk.com.bd website from 16 October 2022 from 10:00 AM to 14 November 2022 at 11:59 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the mentioned time period will not be able to withdraw the application fee if they submit the application fee within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.

13. Candidates can apply online

(Length 300 Pixel x Width 80 Pixel),
File size maximum 60 kb scan and upload to the designated place.
14. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the activities later, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of the filled information before submitting the application form online.

15. The candidate shall keep a printed copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements and submit one copy during the oral/practical examination.

16. Rules for Sending SMS and Payment of Test Fee:

After filling out the online application form properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get a User ID, Photo, and Signature Applicant’s Copy if the application form is submitted correctly.

If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurry) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply. Candidates should print or download the Applicant’s Copy and save it. A User ID number will be provided on the Applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk Pre-Paid Mobile number within 72 (seventy-two) hours by sending 02 (two) SMS. 224/- (Two Hundred and Twenty-Four) Rs. It should be noted that even if all parts of the online application form are submitted, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

Rules of SMS:

First SMS: Write KTAX space User ID and send it to 16222.

PIN is 12345678. To

Second SMS: KTAX space Yes space Enter PIN and send to 16222.

Application for (Post Name) User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (XXXXXXXX).
After sending the second SMS, you will receive the password in the return SMS. The User ID and Password received through SMS should be saved for future use.

17. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on website http://ktax.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.

18. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as Roll Number, Post Name, Photo, Exam Date, Time and Place/Centre Name, etc. Candidates must produce the admit card while appearing in the written test and if passed during the oral test.

19. Candidates can recover their User ID and Password by following the below-mentioned SMS procedure only from Teletalk’s pre-paid mobile phone.

A. If the User ID is known: KTAX space Help space User ID & Send to 16222.

b. If the PIN Number is known; KTAX space Help space PIN No & Send to 16222.

20. Online application and money deposit will be done by the candidate himself. In this case, the authority will not be responsible if the candidate is cheated by completing the task through any other means.

24. Declaration:

26. Candidate Eligibility Verification:

(a) If any information given or documents submitted by the candidate is found to be fake, false, or fake, or if any fake or fraudulent use is made in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. 4. Character certificate issued by Chairman of Union Parishad/ Municipal Mayor/ Councillor/ Ward Councilor of City Corporation/ First Class Gazetted Officer.
5. Attested copy of driving license in case of a candidate for the post mentioned in Serial No. 4.
6. Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate.
7. Copy of application form filled in online (Applicant’s Copy).
27. Recruitment will be done in accordance with the prevailing rules and quota policy of the government and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules will be followed.

28. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase/cancel the number of posts. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
