Primary Teacher Recruitment Letter 2024 Conditions
- Join only on January 22, 2023.
- If he fails to join on that day, he will be considered canceled.
- This means no alternative date is available for anyone to join except January 22, 2023.
2. (a) A period of service up to 2 (two) years from the date of joining shall be treated as an apprenticeship;
(b) Reasons if a satisfactory police report (Variation Report) of an appointed teacher is not available
This appointment shall be deemed to be void without showing;
(c) subject to performance, conduct, and satisfactory service record during the Apprenticeship shall be considered for permanent employment by the rules and may be removed from service without showing any reason for misconduct of any kind during the Apprenticeship;
(d) Recruitment of assistant teachers is based on upazila/ police station quota, application for transfer outside the upazila/ police station cannot be made;
(e) no transfer of any kind may be applied for during apprenticeship;
(f) Children shall not be subjected to physical and mental torture, otherwise, disciplinary action shall be taken;
(g) If at any time any information and certificate furnished by the appointed teacher is found to be false/false/defective, the appointment order shall be canceled and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against him/them as per the provisions of prevailing law;
(h) Appointed teachers must undergo prescribed training within at least 04 (four) years after joining. If he fails to undergo the said training, his employment will not be made permanent and action will be taken against him as per the employment rules;
(j) The appointed teacher shall undergo special training in pre-primary teaching under PEDP-4 and only the passed trainees shall be regularized in the post of Assistant Teacher created in the Revenue Department;
(j) Trained teachers will conduct school activities in other primary classes including infant classes;
(k) At the time of joining the service he shall execute a bond in the non-judicial stamp of the value of Rupees 300/- (Three Hundred) along with his joining letter to the effect that he shall not take or pay any dowry for himself or other members of his family;
l) In such cases not specifically mentioned in this appointment order, the prevailing rules and orders of the Government regarding his employment shall apply and his employment shall be regulated as per the rules and orders made by the Government in the future.
3. The appointed teachers have to appear in person at the District Primary Education Office and join the service on the scheduled date.
4. If the conditions mentioned in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 are considered acceptable to him, he will join the District Primary Education Office on Sunday, January 22, 2023, in the morning. If he does not join on the scheduled date, he will be deemed not to have agreed to join the service and the appointment letter will be considered canceled.
5. Employed teachers will receive their salaries and allowances from the Salaries and Allowances Sector of the Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP4) Organization Code No. 124 and Accounts Sector 224237900 Government Primary Schools.
6. The salaries and allowances of the appointed teachers will be executed from the money allocated in its favor during the Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-4) and after the completion of the program will be executed from the corresponding sector of the revenue budget of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education.
