Khulna District Commissioner’s Office has published the recruitment exam schedule for various posts. As per published time, the exam will be held on 26th July 2024. The exam will be held in different centers of Khulna city. The exam will start at 10.00 am and end at 11.30 am. The examination will be conducted in written form. Using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, candidates will print (if possible in color) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photograph, examination date, time venue/center name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and if passed at the time of the practical and oral test. All communication related to the examination will be completed on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application, so the said number should be kept active at all times. It is advisable to read the SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.

Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://dckhulna.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). Candidates can retrieve their User ID and PIN from Teletalk’s pre-paid mobile number only by following the SMS procedure described below.

Things to know and observe for the candidates:

1. This admit card must be carried for appearing in written/practical/oral tests. No separate admit card will be issued for practical and oral examinations.

2. The unwritten answer sheet prescribed for the written examination will be provided by the center. No additional unwritten answer sheets will be provided. The used question paper must be submitted along with the booklet.

3. Attend the exam center 30 minutes before the start of the exam. The room cannot be left until the examination is over. No candidate will be allowed to enter the center after the commencement of the examination.

4. Nothing (mobile phones, calculators, electronic devices, vanity bags, purses, etc.) can be carried while appearing in the written examination, except the original admit card, pen, pencil, and geometry box.

5. The candidate’s name, address, roll number, or any symbolic mark or anything unnecessary/offensive shall not be written anywhere other than the designated space inside and outside the answer sheet.

6. Candidates cannot write anything on the question paper, on the table, on the scale, on their own body, or anywhere else except on the given answer sheet.

7. The room cannot be left until the completion of the written examination. However, if you have to leave the room due to unavoidable reasons, you have to submit the question paper and answer sheet to the duty room inspector and leave the examination room.

8. The candidate must sign the attendance sheet. Otherwise, he will be treated as absent. The photograph and signature of the attendance list must match the photograph and signature of the candidate in the application form.

9. After completion of the examination, the answer sheet should be submitted to the invigilator and leave the examination hall.

10. A peaceful environment should be maintained in the examination hall. If any kind of misbehavior or misbehavior is adopted during the examination, legal action will be taken against the candidate including cancellation of the answer sheet.

11. The list of candidates who passed the written examination is available on the notice board of the District Commissioner’s office, Khulna, on the website of the District Commissioner’s office, Khulna (www.khulna.gov.bd), and on the notice board of the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Khulna and on the website (www.khulnadiv.gov .bd) will be published.

12. No travel/per diem allowance will be provided for participation in the examination.

13. Original copies of all required documents must be produced at the time of appearing in the oral examination and 01 (1) set of attested copies must be submitted.

14. The decision of the concerned authority shall be final in all matters relating to recruitment.

Candidates selected in the written test must present/submit original copies of all certificates and quota-related certificates as evidence of citizenship certificate, national identity card, and birth registration certificate, educational qualification, and experience certificate while participating in the oral examination. Prevailing government policy regarding quota and other government rules and regulations regarding recruitment will be duly followed!
