Documents required for participation in an oral examination:

1. Application and admit card downloaded from online

2. Original certificates and attested copies of all educational qualifications.

3. 02 (two) copies of passport-size attested photograph

4. Original and attested copy of National Identity Card

5. 2 (two) character certificates issued by non-relative 1st class officers.

6. Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad of the concerned City Corporation of the district in which the candidate is a permanent resident. Original copy and attested copy of citizenship certificate issued by Chairman

7. Certificate in Computer Training in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Original copy and attested copy

8. Original and attested copy of experience certificate (if applicable).

9. Permission letter from the appropriate authority in case of candidates employed in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Institutions

10. a) Instructions of Ministry of Liberation War Affairs Circular No. 772 dated 19.06.2017 to candidates applying for Freedom Fighter Quota Accordingly, the name of the freedom fighter should be ‘Red Muktibarta’ or ‘Indian List’. Name of the freedom fighter mentioned in the application, father’s name, and Freedom war-related list of ‘Red Liberation Bulletin’ or ‘Indian List’ presented by the candidate along with the address or both. The freedom fighter’s name, father’s name and address published on the Ministry’s website must be one and the same.

b) If the name of any freedom fighter is not in the ‘Red Muktibarta’ or ‘Indian List’ then the freedom fighter’s name, father’s name, and address.

• (i) Gazette and Periodical Certificates or
• (ii) Bangladesh Freedom Fighters Sangsad (BAMUS) Charter countersigned by Gazette and Hon’ble Prime Minister or
• (iii) There should be a gazette, temporary certificate, and bamus certificate.

 

c) If any candidate applying for the freedom fighter quota is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, ‘Red Muktibarta’ or Applicant freedom fighter/martyr in case of verification of father’s name and address of application form with the name of freedom fighter in “India List”. If the son or daughter of a freedom fighter is the son or daughter of the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation/

There must be a clear certificate of the freedom fighter’s relationship with the name of the candidate’s father/mother and the name of the freedom fighter’s son/daughter issued by the mayor of the municipality. In the case of sub-caste candidates, an original copy and attested copy of the certificate obtained from the District Commissioner of the concerned district. Certificates issued by any officer other than the District Commissioner will not be accepted.

12. Original copy and attested copy of disability certificate signed by Deputy Director/Equivalent/charged concerned officer of District Social Service Office under Directorate of Social Services of disabled quota candidates.

 

Qualified candidates are scheduled on the day of the oral examination along with original copies of the above documents and one set of attested photocopies. Requested to be present at time and place. Failure to produce the required documents or with the documents submitted If any error is observed in the information mentioned in the application form submitted online, the concerned candidate will participate in the oral examination can’t do
