The teacher registration examination procedure is very similar to BCS. There are three tests Phase-Preliminary, Written, and Viva. There are 100 marks in the prelims Selective (MCQ) Examination. At this stage in Bengali, English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge 25 marks are allotted and the pass mark is 40. Each question carries a value of 1, for a wrong answer 0.20 marks will be deducted for Candidates who are self-determined in the written examination The subject (the subject in which the candidate is interested in becoming a teacher) has to be tested. The National Merit List will be published by the Private Teachers Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) after the oral examination. Based on this, teachers will be appointed in private educational institutions.
