BPATC Job Circular 2023 Terms and conditions:

1. Candidates’ upper age limit should be 30 years as on 25 March 2020 and the minimum age should be 18 years as of the date of publication of notification. But the affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. The maximum age limit is 32 years in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged.

2. As per the Ministry of Education Notification No. Shim/Sh11/-1(Part)/582 dated 02 June 2009 in respect of the results published in the grading system, the previous 1st and 2nd division/grade will be determined as follows against the current prevailing GPA:

In the case of 1-3 posts, the candidate should have proficiency in written and oral English language, digital literacy, research methods, communication skill, etc., and in all these subjects the candidate should participate in written, oral, and practical (class/session) tests. Preference will be given to candidates who have publications in domestic and foreign journals.

4. Online Application Rules:

A. Candidates who want to participate in the exam can fill out the application form on this website http://bpatc.teletalk.com.bd. The application deadline is as follows:

  • Online Application Form Filling & Examination Fee Submission Start Date & Time:- 26/12/2022 AM- 10:00 AM.
  • Last date and time for submission of application form online:- 25/01/2025, PM- 05:00 PM.
  • Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80) pixel and color photo (length 300 × width 300) pixel and upload it to the designated place. The image size should be a maximum of 100 KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

c. As the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.

d. Candidates shall retain a color print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related requirements.

e. Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: Fill out the application form online properly and upload the photo and signature according to the instructions. Once the application form is submitted, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature.

After downloading the Applicant’s Copy, print it in color and save it. A User ID number will be given in the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee for the recruitment examination fee for the posts

  • 1-3 is mentioned in the recruitment circular.600 /- (Six Hundred) Taka and 67.00 Taka for Teletalk service charges, a total of 667/- (Six Hundred Sixty Seven) Taka; 200/- (Two Hundred) Taka for recruitment test fee for post No.
  • 4-16 and 23.00 Taka for a service charge of Teletalk, Total 223/- (Two Hundred and Twenty Three) Taka and 100/- for recruitment test fee for post No.
  • 17-30 – (one hundred) Taka and Teletalk’s service charge of Taka 12.00, a total of Taka 112/- (one hundred times) shall be deposited within 72 (seventy-two) hours.

It is specially mentioned here that ‘Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted’.

First SMS: Write BPATC space User ID and send to 16222.
Example: BPATC ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant’s Name, Tk-667/- or 223/- or 112/- will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is
12345678. To pay fee Type BPATC Space Yes Space PIN and send to 16222.

Second SMS: BPATC space Yes space Enter PIN and send to 16222.
Example: BPATC YES 12345678
Reply: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, payment completed successfully for BPATC Application
for post xxxxxxxxx User ID is (ABCDEF) and the Password (xxxxxxxxx).

f. Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course on the website http://bpatc.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone provided by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active at all times, read the SMS, and follow the instructions received immediately.

G. After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate will download and print the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time and place/center name, etc. The candidate must produce the admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and, if passed, at the time of the oral test;

h. Only from Teletalk pre-paid mobile phones candidates can follow the below-mentioned SMS procedure with the respective User ID, Serial, and PIN can recover.

5. Candidate Eligibility Verification: If the information or documents submitted by the candidate are found to be fake, false, or inconsistent with the minimum conditions required in the notification, if proved false, or if the examination is fake or fraudulent, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination during the examination or at any time thereafter if any wrong information/fake documents are produced.

6. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply for permission through the appropriate authority and The said permit must be submitted during the oral examination.

7. For the post of driver, the candidates must have a driving license and Must be proficient in driving, and for the post of Despatch Rider Candidates must have a motorcycle driving license and must be proficient in motorcycle driving. Candidates are asked to write this subject, practical, And have to participate in the oral exam. Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination.

8. Candidate who is a resident of Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation is Chairman of Union Parishad or Municipality/Mayor/Councillor or City The citizenship certificate issued by the ward councilor of the corporation should be provided.

9. In support of the quota claim other than a female quota, the candidate has to produce a certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority.

10. If the applicant is the son/daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter or the son/daughter of a son/daughter, a certified photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor/Municipality Mayor/Councillor should be submitted.

13. The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules will be followed.

14. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written, oral and practical tests.

15. Written, practical and oral exam schedules will be informed through SMS.

16. The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts and cancel the notification. The decision of the appointing authority is final in all recruitment matters and will count
