1. The oral interview of the candidates who have passed the written test, applicable only to the candidates who have qualified in the MCQ examination, will be held from 14/02/2023, every Tuesday, from 02:00 PM to 23/02/2023, every Thursday.

2. The complete schedule of the oral interview test will be published on the website of BAPBIBOARD on the day of the result of the written test.

• Original certificates of all educational qualifications at the time of the oral interview test,
• Citizenship Certificate,
• National Identity Card,
• If the candidate is the child of a freedom fighter, the freedom fighter’s certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs and an online verifiable certificate and the original copy of the certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman whether the child is a freedom fighter or not,
• If the candidate is physically challenged, he/she should bring 02 (two) sets of attested photocopies (the attestator must be an officer of grade 9 and above) of all the above certificates along with the original copy of the certificate issued by the Ministry of Social Welfare/ Directorate of Social Services;

3. Candidates must come to the exam center wearing masks. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam center without a mask.

Admit Card For Assistant Secretary/Assistant Director 2023

Instructions to the candidates:

01. Candidates must bring a color print of the ‘Admit Card’ and show it to the invigilator(s) on duty.

02. Bringing a mobile phone, calculator, or any other kind of electronic device including electronic/digital watch is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Non-compliance with this instruction would result in DISQUALIFICATION.

03. Candidates should bring only Black Ballpoint Pens. Use of Pencil is PROHIBITED.

04. Candidates must reach the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.

05. Photograph used in this admit card will be verified with the one used in the original application form submitted.

06. The authority reserves all rights to take appropriate punitive measures against any candidates who adopt unfair means or misbehave in the examination hall/premise.

07.No TA/DA will be paid for attending the examination.

08. This admits card will be considered as admit card for MCQ Exam/Written/Practical/Viva-Voce examination (where applicable).

09. The Written Exam of MCQ-qualified candidates will be held on 21-01-2023, Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Kurmitola High School & College, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229.

10. Viva-Voce date of Written Exam qualified candidates will be informed later through the BREB website / SMS.

11. Candidates must bring their Applicant’s Copy, two sets of attested copies of all academic certificates, NID cards, Nationality Certificates, etc., and submit them to the recruitment committee at the time of viva-voce.
