Instructions to the Candidates:

1. On exam day, the candidate must bring this admit card.
2. The candidate should take the seat at least 15 minutes before the exam begins. After starting of the exam, ie, after supplying the question paper, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam room. No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam room and submit the answer sheet within 30 minutes of
the start of the examination.
3. Candidates must wear masks at the examination center.
4. The answer should be given in the OMR sheet provided by the authority.
5. Bags, books, mobile phones, calculators, or any type of electronic device cannot be brought and used in the exam room.

6. The signatures of the candidate should be identical on the attendance sheets, answer sheets, and other papers.
7. Silence is recommended in the exam room and smoking is prohibited.
8. The Postal Department reserves the power to impose any disciplinary action against the concerned candidate for any misconduct or misbehavior in the examination room.

9. At the end of the exam, the candidate must stay in his seat and submit the answer sheet (OMR sheet) to the invigilator of the exam room. Candidates will not be allowed to leave their seats unless the invigilator collects the answer sheet (OMR sheet).
10. No TADA will be provided for participation in the exam.
11. Candidates who pass the written test must carry this admit card during the viva voce.
12. The decision of the authorities in all matters will be final.
