Admit Card for the post of ‘Pointsman’ Instructions to the Candidates.

1. This admit card will be applicable for written examination and viva voce. Applicant must bring the admit card and show it to the invigilator (s) on duty.

2. Bringing a book, bag, mobile phone, or any electronic/communication device including an electronic watch is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

3. Applicant must sit in the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the examination and stay until the examination ends.

4. No Applicant will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the examination starts.

5. Applicant must use a black ink ballpoint pen to fill up all parts of the answer sheet.

6. Invigilators in the examination hall will match the photograph of the applicant on the attendance sheet with that of the admit card before taking his/her signature. Legal action will be taken against the applicant if any irregularity is detected.

7. The applicant must use the same signature for the application, attendance sheet, and answer script.

8. Ears must be kept visible during examination.

9. Applicant must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for viva voce.

10. In addition to his/her educational qualification and experience, an applicant must produce original copies of all documents before the viva board.

11. The date, time, and place of exams will be informed through SMS. You may also know the information from the website www.railway.gov.bd

12. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the examination

13. The authority reserves all rights to take any kind of punitive measure against any candidate who adopts unfair means or misbehaves in the examination hall.

14. Candidates must follow the government’s health and hygiene guidelines (wearing face masks, maintaining social distance, etc.) during the Exam for COVID-19 situation.
