In the online application form, the candidate will upload his colored photograph (length 300 × width 300) pixel and signature (length 300 × text 80 pixels) to the designated place. The size of the photograph should be a maximum of 100 KB and the size of the signature should be a maximum of 60 KB. The candidate will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information filled in the application form online. The candidate will save the application form for any need related to the test. After completing the submission of the application form by uploading the picture and signature according to the instructions, the application preview with the picture can be seen on the computer.

Candidates who have applied correctly will get an Applicant’s copy with a USER ID, photograph, and signature. Applicant’s copy should be printed or downloaded and saved. Applicant’s copy will have a USER ID number on the copy and using the USER ID number, the candidate can pay the examination fee of Tk 200 (two hundred) and Teletalk’s service charge for the post serial no. including VAT) 23/- (twenty-three) including a total of 223 (two hundred and twenty-three) and 100 (one hundred) for the posts serial no.
