Ticket Collector Grade-2 Circular 2023. Recruitment Circular 2023 for the post of Ticket Collector Grade-II. Bangladesh Railways is inviting online applications from Bangladeshi citizens in the prescribed schedule to fill the below-mentioned permanent vacancies under the revenue department.

2. The following conditions must be followed while filling out the application form and participating in the examination.

A. Candidate Age 13-02-2023 Must be between 18-30 years. However, in the case of children of veer freedom fighters/martyred veer freedom fighters and physically challenged, the maximum relaxation is up to 32 years as per government rules. Note that 30 years in the sons/daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. An affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. (In case of applying for the mentioned posts, if the age of the candidates is within the maximum age limit on 25-03-2020, then the said candidates will get the opportunity to apply).

b. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply through appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling out the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of the No Objection Clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

c. The existing rules and quota system of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the related rules will be followed.

d. At the time of oral examination, one set of attested copies along with the original copies of all certificates must be submitted and one set of attested photocopies must be submitted along with the filled Application Form. Besides, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation as proof of permanent residence of the district, an original copy of the National Identity Card, and if the applicant is the son or daughter of a brave freedom fighter, the applicant is the son or daughter or son or daughter of a brave freedom fighter. -The daughter must submit the original copy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor along with the original copy of the concerned freedom fighter certificate. Original copies of certificates/certificates issued by appropriate authorities to support quota claims other than female quota should be submitted.

e. If the candidate is a relative of a railway employee (means the child and widow of a working or retired (living or dead) employee who has completed at least 20 (twenty) years of service in the permanent post of Bangladesh Railways) mentioning the working or retired (living or dead) relationship with the applicant. Certificates signed by the Controlling Officer and countersigned by the Head of the Department and proof of pet should be submitted.

(f) The authority reserves the right to increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel/amend the notification.

(g) The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.

(h) No TA/DA will be provided for written and oral examination participation.

(j) During the examination, one must participate in the examination following the hygiene rules at the examination center.

 

3. Conditions related to filling out the application form:

(a) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination shall fill out the application form on the website http://br.teletalk.com.bd.

  • i. Online Application Form Filling and Exam Fee Submission Start Date & Time 13th February 2023 10.00 am.
  • ii. Last date and time for online submission of the application form are March 20, 2023, at 04.00 PM.
    Candidates who have received a User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submission of the application form online.

(b) In the online application form, the candidate will scan his colored photograph (length 300 × width 300) pixels and signature (length 300 × width 80) pixels and upload it to the designated place. The image size should be a maximum of 100KB and the signature size should be a maximum of 60 KB.

(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled in before submitting the application form online.

(d) The candidate shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit one copy at the time of oral examination.

 

(e) The application deadline is as follows:

Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee in online application form (Application Form) duly filled and uploaded photo and signature as per instructions. After completion of submission of the application form, in case of correctly submitted application form, Application Preview with photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who have submitted the application form correctly will get an Applicant copy with a User ID, photograph, and signature.
The applicant should download and save the pre-print (in color if possible) of the applicant’s copy. A User ID number will be given in the applicant copy and using the said User ID number the candidate can send 02 (two) SMS through any teletalk pre-paid mobile number for an examination fee of 200/- (two hundred) taka and a service charge of teletalk 23 Deposit a total of 223/- (two hundred and twenty-three) Taka within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It should be noted that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.

SMS should be sent in the following manner:

First SMS: Write BR Space User ID and send it to 16222.
Example: BR ABCDEF & Send to 16222. (Use User ID number instead of ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant’s Name, TK 223 Will be charged as an application fee. Your PIN is 123456.

 

Second SMS: To pay a fee, BR Space Yes Space PIN should be written and sent to 16222. Example: BR Yes123456 & Send to 16222. (Instead of 123456, put PIN number)
Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s Name, Payment completed successfully for Application for Post xxxxxxxx User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password ( xxxxxxx ).

(f) Receipt of admit card will be intimated in due course through http://br.teletalk.com.bd and through SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates). All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is forbidden to keep the number active all the time, read the SMS, and follow the received instructions immediately.

(g) After using the User ID and Password sent in the SMS, the candidate should download and print (if possible colored) the admit card containing the information such as roll number, post name, photo, exam date, time, and center name, etc. Candidates must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written test and at the time of passing the oral test.

(h) Candidates can retrieve their User ID, Password, Serial, and PIN from Teletalk’s pre-paid mobile phone only by following the SMS method described below.

i. If the User ID is known BR Space Help Space User ID & Send to 16222
Example: BR Help User ABCDEF & Send to 16222 (User ID number should be placed in the place of ABCDEF.
i i. If the PIN Number is known BR Space Help Space PIN No & Send to 16222
Example: BR Help PIN 12345678 & Send to 16222 (Pin number should be inserted instead of 12345678).

(i) If there is any problem in applying online, contact Teletalk number 121 or email vas.query@teletalk.com.bd
can be contacted. Organization Name: BR, Post Name: xxxxxxxxxx, Applicant’s User Id Contact Number must be mentioned in the subject of the mail.

(j) Do the online application and deposit yourself. In this case, the authority will not be responsible if the candidate is cheated by completing the said task through any other means. It is advised to fill out the online application form and submit the application with sufficient time in hand without waiting for the last date and time.

(k) Recruitment process of Bangladesh Railway is done with complete transparency and impartiality. Therefore, all concerned are specially requested not to make any kind of financial transactions by being lured by brokers or fraudsters.

There is no opportunity to get a job in Bangladesh Railway through money transactions or any other unethical means. It is specifically requested to hand over the person to the nearest police station or inform the police station or intelligence agencies if anyone is tempted to offer jobs in exchange for money.
