Degree 2nd Year Form Fillup Information 2023:

A list of prospective candidates, subject specification form, question paper demand form, data entry software, and necessary information including conditions of participation in the examination are available on the website of the National University, The website will be launched on time and after the scheduled time of data entry, it will be closed automatically so candidates and colleges have to complete data entry on time.

Date of data entry and form filling and submission of degree 2nd year:

  • a) Date of form download (by student): 07/02/2023 to 07/03/2023
  • b) Date of verification of student data (by the college): 09/03/2023 to 15/03/2023
  • c) Date of Deposit through Sonali Seba (by College): 21/03/2023 to 27/03/2023
  • d) Fee statements, statements, and other documents should be kept in the respective colleges till the next 2nd year’s examination, there is no need to submit them to the University/Regional Office.


The prescribed fee of 2nd-year form fill per degree candidate:

  • a) 2nd Year (700 Marks) – Regular/Irregular/Private: 800/- (700/- Fee + 100/- In-Course Fee)
  • b) Certificate Course: 300/- (200/- fee + 100/- in-course fee)
  • c) Upgradation/Grade Improvement/Irregular: 300/- (Special Inclusion Fee) + 100/- rate (per paper)
  • d) In case of Conditionally Promoted (C-Promoted) Candidates participating in the examination next year – An additional Special Inclusion Fee: 1000/-
  • e) Center Fee: 450

(In-course (regular/private and certificate course) fee at the time of admission at the rate of Tk. 200/- per year will be accepted by the concerned college to complete the in-course examination)


Eligibility Criteria for Participation in Degree 2nd Year Examination:

a) Degree Pass Course 2nd Year Examination Regular (700 Marks):

  • i) Regular students of the academic year 2019-2020 and all the students registered in private registration of the year 2020 who have been promoted (passed) by participating in the 2020 degree pass and certificate course 1st-year examination will participate in this examination.
  • ii) Students of the above academic year have to appear in the 3rd and 4th papers of optional subjects along with the “Bangla National Language” compulsory paper in the 2nd year.
  • iii) Participation in all examinations of 2nd year is prohibited.

b) Degree Pass Course 2nd Year Examination Irregular (700 Marks):

  • i) Students of the academic year 2018-2019, 2017-2018, and 2016-2017 and students registered in private registration of 2019, 2018, and 2017 who have participated in degree pass and certificate course 1st year examination of 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 and passed 2nd year (Promoted) ) but those students who did not participate in the 2nd year examination of 2019, 2018 and 2017 or were not promoted can participate in this examination as irregular candidates.
  • ii) 2018-2019 academic year students and 2019 private registration students who have participated in the 2020 degree pass and certificate course 2nd year examination and have conditionally passed the 3rd year (Promoted-c) must participate in this examination in absent subjects.
  • iii) Students of the above academic year have to appear in the 3rd and 4th papers of optional subjects with the “Bangla National Language” compulsory paper in the 2nd year.
  • iv) Participation in all 2nd-year examinations is prohibited.


c) Decommissioning and Improvement:

  • i) All students of 2018-2019, 2017-2018, 2016-2017, and 2015-2016 academic year and private registered students of 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 who appeared in the 2nd-year examination of 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017 Not Promoted or got F grade in any paper/course they can participate in this exam.
  • ii) Students who have obtained a C grade or a D grade in any paper/course appearing for the 1st time in the 2nd year examination 2020 can appear for an upgradation examination in a maximum of two courses/papers.

d) Certificate Course Examination (200 Marks):

  • i) The students registered in the certificate courses of the year 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 who have been promoted (passed) in the 1st and 2nd papers of the 1st year examinations of 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 will appear in the prescribed 3rd and 4th papers of the 2nd year. can participate
  • ii) All these students will participate in the examination as per the syllabus of the academic year 2013-14.

Degree 2nd-year online application form for students:

A) The applicant should go to the university website ( and click on the link on Apply to online form Fillup (For Student) with his registration number and enter his data according to the instructions of the website. After the process of data entry is completed, a filled application form should be printed online. The filled form will mention the candidate’s subject code and fee.

b) 02 (two) copies of recent passport-size photographs (attested by the Principal) of each student should be pasted by Aika Gum at the designated place on the application form.

c) The printed application form with fee shall have two parts. After signing both parts by the principal, the upper part shall be kept by the candidate and the lower part shall be signed by the applicant on his own responsibility and submitted to the desk designated by the college.


Data entry of degree 2nd-year candidate for college:

a) Students’ data has been directly entered online directly on the University’s website after verifying it with the Probable List and verifying the submitted applications by going to the University’s website ( fillup) Enter Login (For College Authority) and confirm if the data entry of the candidate is correct using the College Password and enter the in-course mark (course mark) at the time of confirmation.

  • Data entry will not be guaranteed without an in-course number. In this way, after the data entry of all the students is confirmed, the principal will take out the printout of the student’s statement and sign it.

b) The Principal/Acting Principal will sign the completed application form after verifying whether the student’s name, registration number, academic year and subject code are correct as per the registration details. The principal concerned will be responsible for providing the wrong information.

c) As soon as the student’s data is entered into the software, his statement form and fee statement form will be auto-filled in the system. Handwritten statement forms and fee statement forms will not be accepted without an entry in Data Online.

d) After entering the data of all the students of the college in full, print it from the respective website and submit the exam details, fee details, and question paper demands to the respective branches/self-regional centers of the university.

e) After completing all the processes of the filled application form it will be kept in a sealed condition in the college (all these documents up to six months after the declaration of the result). University authorities can call for verification at any time.

f) For any information regarding this, it is requested to contact 02-996691517, 02-996691538 (from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm).

g) Principal, Vice-Principal, and concerned examination committee members of the concerned college should submit the list details form containing name, designation, subject, and mobile number, and fee details form to the concerned branch/self-regional center of the university at the time of submission.

h) After filling out the declaration form, it should be carefully checked whether the name of any student has been omitted or the name of another student has been entered instead of one. No such objection will be entertained after the submission of the form.


Degree 2nd Year Fee Deposit Rules:

A) The concerned college ( will load the pay slip by entering the College Code through Sonali service. Copy the account number of the concerned sector and the portion of the total amount mentioned in the Pay Slip to any branch of the nearest Sonali Bank. The receipt should be received by submission.

b) The link will be active till 4-00 PM on the scheduled date for collection of the Pay Slip. Pay slips cannot be downloaded or money can be deposited after the scheduled time.

c) To resolve the complications related to Sonali service can be contacted on mobile number 01717-037766.

Degree 2nd Year Paper Requirement:

a) The “Question Paper Requirement Statement” must be duly filled and submitted mentioning the subject-wise question paper requirements.

b) The demand of the question paper should be provided correctly. The university will not bear the responsibility if the question paper is deficient due to providing wrong information in the demand letter.

Degree 2nd Year Admit Card Revision:

a) The admit card cannot be tampered with or modified in any way. If there is any mistake in the admit card, the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Degree Pass Branch should be contacted along with the supporting documents for its correction.

b) Fill out the form and participate in the examination according to the subject code mentioned in the registration card.

Degree 2nd Year Exam Conduct Cost:

The concerned central authority will meet all the expenses of conducting the examination from the money received from the center fee. The necessary cost of receiving a white answer sheet and other examination-related documents from the National University shall be met from the center fee.

No payment will be made from the University for the purchase of chemicals or other accessories for the practical examination. 300/- out of Tk. 450/- collected as a center fee from each candidate should be submitted to the officer-in-charge of the center (the center where the examination of the candidates of the concerned college will be held) 03 days before the examination. The remaining Rs.150/- should be used to meet the examination-related expenses of the concerned college.


Degree 2nd Year Regulations:

2019 degree pass and certificate course 2nd-year examination will be held as per National University 2013-2014 regulations. Full regulations are given on the university website

Degree 2nd Year Syllabus and Question Paper:

All the students of the degree pass course 2nd-year examination of 2021 have to appear in the examination according to the syllabus prepared for the academic year 2013-14.

Degree 2nd Year College Affiliation:

College Affiliation/Affiliation Renewal Letter (2019-2020 academic year) Statement form will be accepted subject to submission to the concerned branch. Otherwise will not be accepted.

Degree 2nd Year Time Table and Center List:

  • The detailed exam schedule and the center list will be announced in due course.

Degree 2nd Year In-Course Examination and Sending Mark Form:

  • Regular and private students will appear in their respective colleges and participate in the in-course examination before filling out the form. The college authority will send the course/tutorial number of each paper of the candidates by entering the number obtained against the registrant number of the candidates in the prescribed software for filling out the application form online.
  • After verifying the print copy of the sent number and signing it by the Head of Department and the Principal, the original copies should be sealed in separate envelopes subject-wise and submitted to the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Degree Pass Branch, National University, Gazipur before the commencement of the theory examination and the photocopies should be kept in the college.

The degree 2nd Year 2023 Result:

  • The result of this examination will be published in the grading system.
  • All the information regarding the examination will be communicated only through the university website
  • The principal/officer-in-charge of the concerned college and center should collect the information from this website and publish it on the notice board and inform the concerned students/parents.
  • The application form along with the required fee must be submitted to the concerned department of the college to confirm the application form, otherwise, the admit card will not be issued, and will not be able to participate in the examination.
