The recruitment process will be done as per Local Government Engineering Department (Officers and Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2009;  The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh and a permanent resident of Bangladesh and the age of the applicant must be 18 as of 25-03-2020. Must be within 30 years. However, in the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/handicapped, the upper age limit is 32 (thirty-two) as of 25-03-2020. year In the case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters, the upper age limit is 30 (thirty) years as of 25-03-2020 (Source: Ministry of Public Administration As per Memorandum No-05.00.0000.190.11.017.20-149 dated 22-09-2022).
