Any candidate provisionally considered for the oral examination does not have the prescribed educational qualification, does not produce the prescribed documents/certificates/certificates, resorts to fraud, furnishes any wrong or false information or conceals necessary information, and furnishes fake certificates, age, and educational qualification.
