acc constable final results 2022 – acc.org.bd. Against the vacant post of Anti-Corruption Commission, the following persons have been appointed to the post of ‘Constable’ in the Anti-Corruption Commission in the pay scale of Tk.9000-21800 in National Pay Scale, Grade-17, 2015 subject to the following conditions.

A. This appointment will be effective from the date of joining;

b. 7(1)(a) of the Anti-Corruption Commission (Employees) Employment Rules, 2008 appointing employees
Apprenticeship for 02 (two) years from date;

c. As per section 7(2)(a) and 54(1) of Apprentice Anti-Corruption Commission (Employees) Employment Rules, 2008
The Commission may terminate the employment of any apprentice;

d. 7(3) of the Anti-Corruption Commission (Employees) Employment Rules, 2008 satisfactorily during the apprenticeship period. The discharge of duties is subject to fulfillment of other conditions issued by the Government and the Commission from time to time and to the satisfaction of the authorities The employment will be made permanent as per the rules of the Commission;

e. In cases not specifically mentioned in the appointment letter, the prevailing laws, orders, rules, and regulations of the Commission/Govt.
Matters relating to his employment shall be regulated by rules prescribed by the Government;

f. Within 07 (seven) days of joining as per Rule 38(6) of Anti-Corruption Commission (Employees) Employment Rules, 2008
Assets statement of self and family members in the specified form must be submitted to the Secretary of the Commission;

G. Seniority shall be determined as per Rule 16 of the Anti-Corruption Commission (Employees) Employment Rules, 2008;

h. Must join with a certificate of physical fitness for Government service from a Civil Surgeon.
His/her character and past activities if he/she fails to join within the stipulated time or joins later
If a satisfactory report is not received by the police, his/her appointment shall be deemed canceled;

i. Verification of the authenticity of all educational qualification certificates, freedom fighter certificates, and other certificates submitted to the satisfaction of

J. No TA/DA will be paid for joining the post.

2. If he agrees to join the service under the above conditions, then on 1st January 2023, Secretary, Anti-Corruption
