1. Based on the information, documents, certificates, etc. provided by the candidate along with the application form, the conditions of advertisement, and the undertaking given in the application form, Bangladesh Railway recommends the candidates on the condition that prior to the appointment, the appropriate authorities Through verification of the authenticity of the candidate’s certificates, documents and papers, the final appointment will be made.

2. If the candidates provisionally recommended by Bangladesh Railway are subsequently found to have any deficiency in qualifications or documents, evidence of corruption, forgery of certificates, furnishing of false information, or any significant inaccuracies are observed, the provisional recommendation of the said candidate will be considered canceled. Moreover, the candidate will be subjected to criminal law in the particular field. If any such information comes to light or is proved after employment, appropriate legal action can be taken against him in addition to his dismissal from service.

3. Appointment will be given to candidates recommended by the appointing authority after declaration of eligibility in health examination and verification of resume prior to recommendation for appointment by the appropriate agency.

4. The Appointing Authority reserves the right to correct any substantive inaccuracies in the results published.
